We want to build a service that allows a user to setup a pool, accept contributions, and automatically distribute ICO tokens to these contributors when the tokens are released. A similar service has already been built for Ethereum ICOs.
The workflow is pretty straightforward. The pool admin creates a pool with the following variables: max pool size, minimum individual contribution, admin fee %. When the users submits the pool a smart contract is created and the admin receives a link to share with anyone that wants to contribute funds.

We will build the WebApp using Django and ideally build the NEO smart contract in Python.
