I am looking for someone with experience in Python, information retrieval and natural language processing to complete this chatbot. This chatbot must use a specific school/college/University website (URL will be provided to bidder) as data to answer user's questions when input into the chatbot. For example, if someone where to ask, "who teaches CS504?", the system should know what the module code stands for and respond with the teacher's name. Another example would be someone asking, "Who is the head of the law department?", the system should respond with a name. More detail will be provided to chosen bidder such as the website I want used for data. Please only bid if you can deliver this project in 3 - 5 days. When producing code, please comment clearly throughout exactly what each section does in a clear and easy to understand manner

I can work on the project for the next couple of days and hopefully have it out to you on the 21st at the latest. I have experience with web-scraping, and a bit of experience using NLTK for language processing, both of which should come in handy here. If you have any other specific requests, or general guidelines for the project I'd love to hear back.
