Hi. I am Jonathan. I am just completing my PhD in computer science. So work pretty much everyday retrieving and processing large amounts of data using Python and some libraries like pandas and numpy. I can help you out! If I understand correctly you need 2 things: 1) Some sort of scraper to retrieve the data to feed your algorithm. 2) A connection through some API to send trading orders.
