Python script using genetic algorithm and neural network

I have experience with both neural networks and genetic algorithms. I actually implemented what you described a year ago in python for my research project. So, implementing it again would be easy for me. Since I am a new freelancer, I can it for a modest price, but more importantly, for a good review.

I am not sure what type of features you have, but for 85% of the projects like this Gradient Boosting Algorithms like LightGBM, XGBoost, CatBoost are the best. You just have 134k rows, Neural Networks perform best with millions of rows. But with this dataset size, i would like to suggest my approach. I have few questions about the type of data you have.
