Quality software

Description: In this case we need a quality software to manage all quality incidences (customer, own, ISO, ...). Basically is a CRUD software, but for every record (incidence) there is a starting point (create record with basic information), and then follow the flow until the end (the incidence can be closed by quality only). We have 4 different workflows depending on the type of incident, but with the same types of action. Within each flow there will be different types of actions (data collection, one or more fields, connection to a database to collect information, send emails (we provide smpt information), request approval, attach file, ... There will be an initial screen with all the incidents, where you can filter by type, date, customer, supplier, status. This screen will list the pertinent incidences of the filter and it will be possible to go to pdf to get a report. There will be reports: number of incidents per month / reason / department, report for each department according to type of reason. There will be some warning (cron) that will be executed every day at 7:00 am according to a time filter. Each user will be able to see their pending tasks. Master user will be able to see all pending tasks. You don't have access to server directly. You must send me the files (php, .js, ...). You can setup a developing server. We'll provide table definition (field names) so you can fill in order to test all. We use always POST forms, not GET. You can use SESSION variables. All code will be commented (little explanation for every process, loop, ...) You can create some api file in order to have all requests to db into it. I send you a template, with header, body and footer currently used. We are using php, mysql, jquery and bootstrap basically. Project Management: Main file will be [login to view URL], follow by incidence type (1,2,3,4) and finally step number. An example for 3rd step and 2nd type of incidences will be incid_2_3.php. I'll be able all the day, specially during first milestone to support you. Every Friday morning at 8:00 Spain timezone (or before) we need to upload weekly updates. You can send me via freelancer or via email. Better for email. We will validate during Friday and if all it's ok we'll release milestone and open a new one. Project has to be finished, and tested (before 31/01/2021). It will start this friday/next monday. Others: Attached, header example. There are a lot of work to do, so go for it !!
