We have 2 different file formats (.BAN, and .BSK). We have the file header and body structure figured out in code. We need a converter of some sort that can convert .BAN to animation-type file to be used with the open source Blender 3d modelling program. And another converter can can convert .BSK to skeleton-type file to also be used with Blender. This converter can either be done in C#, or you can create a custom blender plugin using python that will be able to import and export those file formats. The file format body and structures will be provided for you, along-side example files of the file formats mentioned.
