Requirements: Priority is the need a scholarship comparison website primarily for Malaysia and nonprofits. This is to help students find right scholarships at ease. An interface for students to search/filter/evaluate options and register offline. These data should be updated into the databased the moment online. An extended interface to allow NGO to shortlist and connect to candidate without concerning too much on data privacy. Bonus :mobile app for limited functions,priority can be for registering acct and search of scholarship and simple queries.
