3CX server side CRM xml template creation

We use 3CX and we would like to have the name + numbers displayed on our telefones instead of only the numbers. The latest release of 3CX 15.5 SP3 enables the integration of customer CRM into 3CX: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] There is a documentation for the CRM template: [login to view URL] We don't know if this is possible but we would like to query [login to view URL] via API which is described here: [login to view URL] The query of [login to view URL] should be without key (not needed in this scenario) and then looks like this: [login to view URL] or another sample is: [login to view URL] The first company or family name which is reported should be used as answer and then displayed on the phone. If there is a possibility to select if the the entry should bee stored into the 3CX phonebook or not this should not be done.
