Tensorflow control robot for phone testing

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using Python. Usings tensor flow to reconise icons on ios to controll a robot to run install and run a diagnosics app on the iphone. I will provide photos of all icons and proccess written out i plan to buy a dobot robot to control the phone from but want for the £250 for a program to see the phone and tell me when to press what icon and what to type when then i will be happy to give anouther 500 to make it control the robot i want to have the first part of the project done in 7 days with the next part done 7 days then a further 7 days to fine tune after this project has been done i will also be planning to do the same with andiod samsung and sony icons and will be planning to pay a further £500 for these i do expect full manuals of how the softwere works and how minor changes can be made
