I would like to hire a Sound Designer

My friends and I have a Million+ subscriber Youtube channel and I would like to talk to someone about doing sound design on 1 of our Cinematic Gameplay video series. I'm hoping to find the someone for the job and this could become a regular gig for the right person. Could be 2 videos a month that average 20 to 25 minutes each. I would be supplying a final cut of all audio with 5 to 6 individual audio tracks and 1 video track. 1. Game audio, example GTA5 2. Musical score 3. 3 to 4 individual tracks of characters acting in story. 4. Video track to reference additional crash sounds or punch hits This is something I usually do on a weekly basis but now that we are increasing production values of these videos, its becoming more difficult to work into my schedule. I would need all of the levels mixed properly. Adding extra crash effects when needed, along with radio effects when we call eachother. Also audio to be adjusted to proximity so if one character is across a field shouting, it needs to sound like there across a field shouting. Credit would be given in the description of each video and potentially at the end of each video. Our cinematic GTA videos get 200k+ views per video.
