Hi, I can help you with this using C# .NET as for VB.NET you will have more problem updating it in the future. I will create you a WEB API with entity framework wich can save a lot of time and all of your code will be modified in your project so you wont have to add store procedures. If you dont want it that's ok i will work with store procedures as you want. I just have a question, how do you scan the barcodes? do you upload an image?
