C# WPF as front end and ASP.net as backend , using DevExpress tools It's a document management system ( Similar to Docware) that use DevExpress, Rich Text editor If you are able to integrate: The system have : 1- Left banner to have all tabs 2- Users : Add/delete/Edit/search 3- Organization and Departments creation 5- Create/edit/delete search / Open Doc/docx files 6- Create/edit/delete search templates : using Doc/docx files 7- search based on text on the files stored , between two dates , keywords 8- create QR based on text on files 9- Print the document, backup the DB , Restore , select few files to send 10 - SQL lite + SQL selection 11- Sending (like email) documents as images between departments 12- each document can have notes and attachments and can be displayed without downloading them 13- Log for each document 14- Storing files outside the DB for speed 15- scan images from scanner ( using free tools ) 16- SQL lite and SQL DB ..etc ---------------------------- in short : 1- Eliminating the need for using Microsoft word, so we need to import the current word documents, create templates from them, create new document, edit them ... etc ( using Dev express rich text) So imaging having hundreds of docx files that you need organize. 2- Scan document using scanner ( to scan the already printed documents) 3- Send these documents to other users as images ( so they don't edit them ) , let them add images or QR or text above the image . All users can add notes about the document and attachments 4- workflow, to decide what is life cycle of each document, plus see this workflow 5- users privilege, to prevent people from seeing document, know who print them .. etc
