Install mailgun properly

Hi,
I need to have mailgun working properly with the correct DNS records set.
I want to send emails from mailgun server and to receive also from there and then use mailgun routes to forward the emails to the correct accounts.
At this moment I am sending from mailgun without any problem. The reception is the problem. When I send from a gmail to my server, it's fine, but when I send from my server to another email in my server, it is not delivered.
I need someone who knows exactly how to install mailgun correctly.
It must also have a 10/10 score on [login to view URL]
Last freelancer almost did it, but the emails sent from my server to my server were not delivered...
Can you do this?
