Hi There I was the Network Operations Manager for one of the largest WiSPs in Australia. I have consulted several other small WiSPs in Australia to lend my expertise to help them grow. I have experience including but not limited to: - Advanced RF (WiFi, PTP, PTMP etc) - CoLocation and site configuration - Licensed and class-licensed vendors (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Cambium, DragonWave, Ceragon etc) - Routing & Switching - Management (Monitoring, Management, ticketing) - Supporting infrastructure (Servers, Cloud, Data Centre & 3rd party providers) - Process, strategy and other business requirements For this proposal, I will provide a Skype(or similar) call with recording or call notes describing in detail how to approach starting your WiSP and answer any questions you may have.
