Diligent Business Analyst/Project Manager that works on a daily basis with foreign clients on various types of IT software projects: mainly ERP systems, mobile applications, CRMs and E-commerce projects (including SAP and Salesforce solutions). Currently working on a project related to ERP that is being developed for a large American company - "Jabil" that holds more than 100 manufacturing plants around the globe, including Uzhorod, Ukraine. I possess fluent English with excellent pronunciation and have a quality assurance background in the past. Also, I have good presentation skills due to the fact that I used to work in Beijing, China as an English teacher in a well-known company - RISE, which provided me with the experience of lecturing in front of the large audiences. I am a Business Analyst that understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the client to achieve its goals. In a nearest future I plan to pass a well-renown Business Analyst certifications from IIBA and PMI and become a presenter and lecturer on the European and American Business-Analyst conferences.
