Customer Service Experienced Phone Agents with Native US English Skills

We are looking for several experienced phone agents that call customers for a customer satisfaction call. You must be able to quickly relate to a customer and keep the call under your control. Our current staff confirm that this is a fun job as customers are positively surprised about a follow-up call. You must have reliable internet connection, a SIP phone or a softphone, preferably X-lite, Bria, Zoiper, and a USB headset. We expect people with a customer service gene. Work time is 5pm to 8pm on all US Continental time zones - Eastern Time: 5pm to 11pm). Additional shifts earlier in a day available.
