CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS FOR AN ONLINE STORE We are looking to for customer support agents of an online shop. We need candidates who are Native speakers in one of the following languages to communicate with customers and have to also be able to speak English in order to communicate with the management team. - Romanian language You will have to call customers to confirm their orders and provide them with information about the shipping time. You can work any day Monday – Sunday. Pay will be per hour or per call + bonus for delivered parcel - will be negotiated.

Hello, I am a native Romanian speaker and I am interested in your offer. I’ve had several years of experience in customer service, therefore talking to customers wouldn’t be a problem for me. Could you please provide me with more information about the online shop? What kind of products does it offer? Also, how many hours per day would I need for this task? Can I choose the days that are suitable for me or are there fixed days and hours for calling the customers? How much would the pay per hour be? Lastly, I would like to know if I would need to install a special program for initialising the calls on my laptop or if I would have to simply use a mobile number.
