Sales Consultant - eLearning
$8-15 AUD (1시간 기준)
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for winning new business through outbound and inbound selling. We are looking for someone who is passionate about B2B sales, performance, hitting targets, and closing deals. In this role, you will be the go-to person for new clients, you will provide consultative advice and recommendations to both educators and corporate organizations to solve their eLearning challenges.
This is a full-time, remote position with the potential to earn quarterly bonuses based on individual targets.
What will you do?
Conduct outbound activity to identify opportunities at the provided cadence
Manage inbound leads from initial contact through to deal closing
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conducting scoping consultations with clients to understand their needs
Collaborate with the delivery team to identify the best possible solutions for clients
Draft and present proposals
Sales pipeline management using the CRM
Liaise with internal teams to solve complex requirements for corporate clients
Constantly seek to learn about the latest eLearning trends, platforms, challenges, and products.
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales
Proven record of overachieving sales targets and KPIs in the B2B space
Experience in solution selling, project scoping, requirement capturing, and presenting to senior leaders, managers, executives, and business owners
Proven skills in building rapport, negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals
Highly desirable experience that’ll make you a top performer
Ability to work Australian working hours - 9am to 5pm AEST
Industry experience in the education sector or selling eLearning products and services
An interest in learning, education, and technology such as LMS/SMS
