Hi Guys, Currently, we are looking for a Call Centre partner on a retainer basis to kick start a project as a pilot for us. Background: This campaign is for our newly established company "Zoe Hopkins". Zoe Hopkins is a premier baby products brand. We manufacture baby products including bamboo washcloth for baby, baby drooling Bandana bibs, burp cloth, pacifier clips, baby teethers, baby milestone stickers, pregnancy stickers and much more. Campaign in a Jist: This is going to be a campaign involving the best in class Sales Representative at your facility with British accent. Our aim is to call the small Baby shops scattered throughout the UK and update them about our launch and the offer. Describe the 5 products we have readily available for the UK market, the generous margin they have available on these products during launch, the money these shop owners can make by ordering from our inventory. Once the client is interested, give them a coupon code and make a sale. Since the campaign is being designed on hourly basis, the Sales Rep needs to email the client also about the time of the delivery of the inventory after getting the details from the website backend system. The Sales Rep needs to work as a Sales Person with an added Customer Representative responsibility which is mandatory. Requirements: 1. 1 or 2 Sales Representatives with fluent BRITISH English Accent. 2. Must be familiar with the UK culture, environment. 3. Must be an expert sales person. 4. Phone numbers for outgoing and incoming calls to be setup by your facility to get incoming sales. 5. All call recordings to be shared with us. Best of luck!!!!
