SUMMARY: In this role, you will utilize our product catalog to act as a consultant, helping our customers find exactly what they need. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking qualified candidates who enjoy helping customers, can communicate clearly, are personable, and and are looking for a long-term commitment. Your enthusiasm for exceeding clients’ expectations will make you successful in this position. REQUIREMENTS - Must be available during the working hours of 6am -3pm PST - Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet. What is your internet speed? Provide outstanding customer service via email, phone, or chat 2. Place orders for customers over the phone, current call volume 10-15 calls a day 3. Return voice messages, missed calls, and follow-up with customers 4. Answer questions about products, stock levels, order changes, order status updates, refunds, replacements etc. 5. Research customer inquiries including being able to read and comprehend manufacturer specifications. 6.
