Important to read. Only serious senior Unity developers with practical experience with procedural humanoid animation using mocap and trackers/controllers can send proposals. I need a specialist and not generalist. If you understand what is going on in these projects (which should be a starting point) we can talk. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] My estimation is it can take between 1-3 months to finish this project. Luckily these 2 projects and provided links bellow provide heads-up. I am willing to negotiate scope of the project or to provide more funding if the project moves along OK. Project goals: -Enable one or more players equipped with HTC vive (1 headset, 2 controllers) and 3-8 htc trackers to control their avatars which should scale with their real heights. Local Calibration should enable arms and legs stretching so it perfectly match remote avatars that will appear in a shared scene. Think of 2 karate sparing partners could meet virtually and do some karate attacks and defenses. Or a karate teacher can show a kata to a virtual student and then student can try to learn from the teacher so he would repeat the teachers moves. -Moves can be recorded in bvh or other formats and a playback can be immediately applied to an avatar. Also allow loading mocup data from disk or internet for offline use and apply it to a demostation/teacher avatar so a student can learn by playing pre-recorded mocap data on a teacher avatar, in slow motion if necessary and the student can go around the teacher avatar while he is moving based on mocup data and see how moves are performed. -Control an avatar locally within Unity player's scene or over the Internet using full body movement with htc trackers attached to feet, knees, hip, elbows, head, arms. Hi, Your project sounds really interesting and it something I have developed previous in my current job. I am VR and AR Development Lead at an award-winning immersive storytelling studio in the UK. My role involves designing, prototyping, coding and building a wide range of creative and technical products and applications.
