board game

I want a Monopoly type game but in 3D with a rotating board so a player can view it as they move through the game to easily see and read the board in first person. All the parts of the game need to stay in place as the board is rotated. I want 8 3D game character for players to choose from and maybe they can be like Lego characters. I'll include some samples of what the characters might look like but the skins will be different. You can essentially use the same character molds and change the skins which will save a lot of time. I have the 2D artwork in high resolution that you'll need for the board, cards, etc. but those will come later. I also want a desk bell that works when you click it with a mouse and 3D dice that roll out numbers randomly. Of course we'll need 3D houses and hotels and other parts of the game associated with Monopoly. The game will be based on a TV show called Breaking Bad. I'm attaching some of the artwork samples you'll want to see. I want to do this all with your basic $200 design fee. Thank you. BTW, if you have a similar game sample I could see that will be helpful.

I would like large 3d models for the Heisenburg and Desk Bell places instead of the artwork on the board. When a player lands there I want it to trigger a short audio file, then deliver the appropriate card to the player. One audio file will be a bell "ding, ding" and the other will be a voice that says "say my name" and I will provide those files in mp3 format. I have found some 3d models that will speed things up for you. BTW the player figures need to be larger than the normal sized monopoly icons, they should be more like chess pieces but the size that 4 will fit on a square. We will need to develop this game together as we move forward. Thanks again.

ALSO, When we place the larger 3D models on the board (3 or 4 total) they will interfere with the dice throws. I WILL PROVIDE A MASTER MODEL FOR THE GAME FIGURES THAT YOU CAN EDIT AND ADD SKINS. I have an idea to place a clear glass lid over the large square of the game board FOR THE DICE.
