2D CAD drawings to 3D modeling of real estate

As a real-estate company we develop real-time visualisations for our clients to give them a better idea of what their future home will look like. To speed up the process of creating these visualisations, we are looking for a company (or person) that can provide us with an accurate and time-efficient 3D modeling solution of our real-estate buildings. As all of our visualisations will be viewed from inside the house we only require you to supply us with the interior section of the models, meaning details like roof tiles and bricks are not necessary. To give you an idea of the size of a project, a typical project would be a one or two story apartment of about 150 - 200 square meters. An optimal workflow is very important to us. Therefor we require the following specifications: - Modelling done in real-world scale - Outer edges of models to be bevelled/chamfered as they can be seen from up-close - Clean models (no shading errors, no overlapping vertices etc) - Sensible naming convention on all 3D objects and groups Unwrapping, texturting and rendering is done by us, so we do not require your services on this part.
