- Reflected ceiling plans indicating ceiling system, Light fixtures, heat and smoke detectors, sprinklers A/C diffusers etc. to be of 1:100 scale. (A1 size )
- Electrical drawings giving location for lighting, power circuits and specifications, details of any electrical and protection equipment. To be of 1:100 scale. (A1 Size)
- Soft copy of all documents and drawings.
- Other plans (if any) showing details on proposed wall, floor and ceilings finishes, doors, partitioning, fittings, ironmongery, finishes, installation, together with colors and fire ratings.
- Four (4) sets of elevations of retail unit shop front and signage.
