Extract a Corner from Dealey Plaza Revit Model

Note: No need to rush. See the project files first. My decision will not be based on a bid being the quickest. Additionally, I do not have any firm deadline to complete my projects. The following Revit file was extracted from a laser scanning point cloud. It contains a historic location, Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas: http://www.dealey-plaza.org/this-government-as-promised/revit-models/TSBD+/ Those files were donated for our project by the producers of this PBS Nova program: [login to view URL] From them, we need to make a 3D scene that covers only the sidewalk, Texas School Book Depository entrance and the mailboxes in the corner of Houston and Elm. Your job will be: (1) Use Revit to remove the non-relevant buildings and the upper floors of the TSBD. (2) Use 3ds Max to add realistic textures. Some are found here. [login to view URL] (3) Use V-Ray to do the rendering. Your production will be used for a cinematic 3D scene and an animation. Therefore, you must strike the critical balance between realistic look and reduced number of polygons. I cannot stress this enough: I will need source files on demand. While screenshots are nice, I need source files (*.rvt, *.max) in order to supervise your ongoing work. If you believe in delivering the source files at the end, please move on, do not waste your time and mine. It is unbelievable the number of designers that demand me to pay without seeing the produced files first, to place my blind trust in them. I blame Freelancer for not making this a more clearly enunciated policy.
