Greetings from Canada of Her Majesty's Commonwealth, this animated production is looking for talent abroad in order to work remotely on a production developed in the cloud. The job in detail: You will recruit a team of artistic talent in order to produce micro projects based on a fully developed script of an animated 3D pilot. You will manage the team and work between a director, a producer, and the talent. The production timeline for the first delivery of micro projects is within a month. Delivery of a handful of selected and finished 3D production stills, story concept work, and part of the script needs to be boarded for a pitch. If you can get this done in under 40 hours per week, great! I will give you a budget to hire by and offer contracts to a handful of artists talented enough to produce at our level? They will be accepted by artistic testing which you monitor. If successful, you offer jobs! They will have the opportunity to test for a 2D story artist position or a 3D Blender artist position. Story artists will be asked to redesign our lead character by giving plenty of fresh examples based on our character and a read through of our script, they will also create story panels of the script and test for skill to be used by us in look development. 3D artists will be required to model, texture and setup our existing design for our lead in Blender in order to get the character ready for 3D animation testing. Ideally we are offering paid internships to a few students ready for production. Contracts will be less than what you earn by 50 percent and they will not be enough to support the artists full-time. All work will be done in the cloud in an animation studio setting created to be a virtual studio, the technology pipeline is owned and operated in California. The team, including you, and upon contract signing, will login and learn the pipeline and work within the production pipeline on our 2D and 3D software in the cloud. File management and rendering are dealt with on our end. As a manager, you will be assisting me in management and final polished presentation of the art assets. No portfolio required.
