MOTION GRAPHICS USING CAD 3D MODEL

I need to create a video very similar to this one:

It will be a different product, but essentially the same video. A 3D CAD model of the product will be provided.
Please let me know the approximate number of hours something like this would take you to finish. This is important because I have to quote the client. Also provide me with a flat rate that you can do the 1:30-2:00 minute video for.
All text and images will be provided, including the CAD model of the product. A timeline/script will also be provided. You will be in charge of the motion graphics and animation.
