Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer, industrial designer and, 3D modeler. For some of my projects, I'm also doing the physical prototype too. I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years of experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - in the first place, congrats for how fast your configurator works... - it looks like one of the fastest i've seen so far... :), (but this also has its own drawbacks...) 2 - on my opinion, you should have each element of design - even more elements than you listed, on a database as obj with mtl, or fbx format, but not as cropped image of the model/pattern, but as 3d element (eg. back door, double opening, anodized antique metal gun aluminum, 60% blue-tinted glass) having each of the 3d element rendered in high resolution (i'm using keyshot 8.2, and corona, on a very powerful system - i9-x series 9940, 128 Gb ram, 2xM.2 Samsung 960Pro drives, and nVidia RTX video card) - so i could provide more than 4k renderings..., with a configurator which to allow easy swapping between elements while keeps the constraints, will give you much better results... also, you could add PTZ features on the model, and also interior views, eventually with furniture (also configurable) for sure we could discuss all the details here in the chat... Hello, how are you? I'm an Architect and Interior Designer with experience with 3D Design and Rendering I work with Revit and 3ds max. Your project sounds good! For it I would create a scene to render each of the models, In this base scene we'll have a general lighting and render presents that can be used to render all of the configurations of every interior. So we have four scenes. Now we'll add the camaras (maybe one or two) and we duplicate this base file as many times as we need to. So now we put in every one of those 3ds max scenes one variation of the interiors. This would give a more standardized result because the general configuration of the renders will be the same and for your space configurator will be excellent that even when the spaces are different the images will have the same illumination, and camera angles, so your clients can focus on what actually matters that is the rooms. We could make up to 15 images per model, rendering the more different elements and then I have a very capable staff that can make the editions in photoshop, at the end with the final images we'll send you every base file of the project.
