READ DESCRIPTION! - Working Game Character Setup In Unreal Engine

POSSIBLE RECURRING WORK BASED ON QUALITY! I am looking to create a third person game. This is a simple story based game. The player walks up to objects or players and can talk to them displaying simple dialogue. This is a story based game so there is no crazy programming involved. There Is A Graphics Example Attached of How I Want The Character To Look What I Need: • All Original Project Files Including Unreal Project File • A 3d character that can walk & run around. This character will be based on the mockup I attached. Character is named Joey and he starts out at 5 years old so keep this in mind when modeling. DO NOT include him holding the teddy bear or piano. • When 'E' is pressed he can talk to objects/people with a dialogue popup box. Make this popup box easy to add to other objects where I can change the text etc. • When he talks to an object with the dialogue on it make his mouth look for a few seconds to make it look like he is talking. NO JUMP ANIMATION NECESSARY :) Please Include Examples In Your Bid
