I can see that you want the project designed in 90mm stud steel frame, would you also need construction sections to show the details for this? Would you need only the two bedroom project to be in the renders or also maybe some contextual adjacent buildings? In my experience, the key to find someone to help you with this kind of projects, is to search for not just an expert in 3D modelling, but also someone that understands space and architecture.
