Russian Transcription and Translation Needed

I'm looking for a fluent, preferably native-language Russian speaker to do some simple but large-scale transcription work. I have a large number of images of titled data tables, in .jpeg format, collected from Russian archives. I would like to hire someone to go through these images and transcribe into an excel spreadsheet the title of each data table, in both Russian and English. I will provide the spreadsheet with column headers filled out, so all that needs to be done is the transcription and translation. This specific job will begin with about 100 images as a rough "pilot." If it goes well, I have a large repository of images to follow up with. Images of data tables come mostly from my photographs of microfilm, and are generally poor in quality. For this reason, fluent Russian should be especially helpful for making educated guesses on difficult-to-read words. The attached project file is an example of one such data table image - I will provide the rest once the project and work is agreed upon. I have also attached a spreadsheet with an example of some transcription/translation that I have already done myself.
