Chinese Buying/Sourcing Agent located in Hainan

We purchasing one or more container of goods per week from supplier in Hainan. We need detail person with fluent English to work with us on long term basis. It would require one or half a day per week in long term engagement. We can train the person, so we are open to work with somebody who has no experience. Need to speak and write fluently in English, be trustworthy and sharp. If you not located in Hainan, but you can present us some not expensive way to travel on weekly basis from mainland China to do service, we can consider this as well. Regards
