Briefly, I have about 15 years of experience in L&D / talent management, of which almost 10+ years have been in the Retail industry, and the rest with the Education industry. The workshops and training programs which I have imparted, to both end users as well as to trainers (TTT), include employability skills such as time management, communication skills, interpersonal skills, the entire campus to corporate set of programs from culture sensitization to email etiquette, etc, first time leaders, MDPs, and team building workshops - classroom as well as outbound formats.
Thanks to my previous assignments, I also have a fair bit of experience in chalking out competency-based training strategies, training design frameworks, delivery design and methodology, and content design and development. The quote I have given is based on the assumption that this is a 1-day training program which requires a PowerPoint presentation to be developed - this includes the brief and debrief for concepts, activities, games and a trainer walk-thru. It does not include training delivery charges.
