Find an apartment in Japan (Japanese native speaker)

Hello, I am moving to Niigata Prefecture, Niigata City on 22nd of July for 6 month to 1 year, so I am actively looking for an apartment. Desired Location of the apartment : Niigata City, close to city center and to public transportation, Chuo district seems to be the center Avaibility : Apartment should be available starting 30th of July at the latest. Apartment I am looking for : 2 options : Individual apartment (only me) : 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen Monthly rent price range : 30 000 to 50 000 Yen Square meter : 30sqm to 50sqm Fully furnished apartment Shared apartment (with roommates) : 3 people max living in the apartment (Japanese people, no foreigners, no students) 2-3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen Monthly rent price range : 20 000 to 40 000 Yen Fully furnished apartment About me : I am a clean, polite male from France, going to japan for one year, I have my own business and I speak a little Japanese. I am going to Japan to discover the culture and practice Japanese, so If the roommates don’t speak English it is even better. I do not have guarantor in Japan for the apartment. Tasks : 1. Find apartments that can match my request. (both types shared and individual apartment) 2. Contact them (in Japanese) 3. Give me a feedback on how many apartment contacted after 20 minutes 4.
