Development of a 'Coming Soon' page (knowledge of react native preferred)

I am looking for a team of developers, or an individual with a proven track record to create a 'Coming soon' landing page. Requirements include:

- Initial setup of hosting through a platform such as Firebase (we have paid for URLs and will pay for hosting based on your advice and expertise).

- Hooking up components of bootstrap to the User Interface

- Developing proposed UI designs and edge cases (including validation messages/system errors)

- Triggering emails upon the submission of the form on the interface.

- Implementation of google analytics to track the success of the page.

- Implementation of animations and transitions including parallax scrolling

- Testing of development work thoroughly across all browsers and breakpoints

The right team/person must be able to:

- Develop a set of UI designs pixel perfectly

- Communicate well and ask lots of questions if a requirement doesn't make sense

- Have knowledge and understanding of React Native (we will be turning our platform into an app in the future)

Experience with InVision and Sketch is preferred.
