Create a game like Arcuz

Hi, please do a game like Arcuz. If you don't know the game, please search it up on Google or play it on Armor Games, to get a feeling for it. I cannot provide anything, so no assets or such. Just music. My expectations: - 2,5 or 3D, you choose the engine (unity, unreal, whatever) - Full HD resolution - tilted top-down view - Android ready (fully functional for Google Play Store) - Hack n Slay playstyle - graphics could be either pixel art or something else - 10 areas (Hometown, Ghost River, Frozen Iceicle and so on) - Each area should contain several maps with several unique monsters - Level up system - Stat system - Stat reset - Skills - Equipment - Crafting (e.g. Elemental Stones which can increase elemental attack (weapon) or elemental defence (armour) - Cards, each monster can drop with a very low chance (e.g. 1%) a card which has special effects and can be used in slotted armour or weapons - Chests with low chance in getting items / potions etc. That's it. If I missed something, don't blame me. Of course, I'll make up my mind about what element is superior to the other or what stats the equipment should have or if we include a random variable etc. Milestones could be every finished area and nope, I won't tell the budget. The budget I wrote down here is just a placeholder. Come forth and give me an estimate! Unrealistic offers, or placeholders, will not be taken into account. Payment NOT over Western Union.
