We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our distributed team. You will be working on online digital products which are mostly SaaS platforms and you will be responsible for adding and updating features to existing products. You’ll be a critical member of the team, working in a close knit with the Product Manager. You will need to take ownership of all UX and UI aspects of your tasks and provide fully completed results. You will also have the occasional opportunity to work on new products from scratch and grow your know-how and your position as well. You will be responsible for: - Determining UX and UI needs of the product feature. - Designing detailed wireframes according to needs. - Turning wireframes in to fully finished UI designs. - Ready the final design as a fully finished deliverable. You are expected to have: - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Bachelor or Master degree, preferred in a design-related discipline. - 5+ years work experience in designing digital web and mobile applications. - Understanding of product objectives, user needs and designing accordingly. - Experience working with large scaled web projects with complex feature set and with 100+ screens. - Proficiency in Design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator …). - Strong understanding of information architecture and UX design principles. - Strong design skills including layout, colour, composition, typography, visual hierarchy and more. - Ability to take feedback and iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. - Able to learn quickly and effectively apply new knowledge. - Ability to work without receiving significant supervision. - Strong analytic skills, problem-solving ability and high attention to detail. - Ability to manage own task and time.
