Add Radar Overlay to Bing Maps Control (XAML) that has already been implemented into a WinForms application

Using a WindowsFormsHost I have integrated a Bing map into my VB.NET WinForms application. I am able to place pushpins onto the map as required (by lat/lon). It works well. I would now like to add a weather radar overlay to the map like the example on the following web page: [login to view URL] The above example is java based and I just don't possess the expertise to make it work in my application. I am looking for some help to accomplish this. Weather Radar Overlay On/Off 2. Weather Radar Overlay Transparency
