Create a video

To create a video. I don't have the skill, time and computing power to do it myself! This is an art project with 156 files to work with, requiring a secure location to upload them - total folder size c.450Gb. Project offered on the specific basis that I retain all copyright and IP, outputs won't be shared by any means, and that files are deleted on satifactory completion of the project. There are 52 video sessions of approx 1 hour. Each session has 3 files (2x 4Gb files and 1x 0.5Gb file). Requirement is for a video of approx 52 hours. Outputs: All files must be 9x16 portrait format to fit on a Samsung Frame (as shot) 3 versions requested please: a) 1080p - as per shooting. Loop if possible b) Hi resolution upscaled version if possible. Loop if possible c) A speeded up version over 60 seconds MP4 Transitions Each 1 hour session has 3 files. Each session is 1 week apart. Files are split by the camera so that File 1 runs straight into file 2 - no transition required. File 2 runs straight into file 3 - no transition required File 3 runs into File 1 from the following week - transition IS required. Propose a 3 second fade out/ would be suitable No cropping is required. It's ok if they are not exactly 1 hour each. Sound is not required (if that helps to reduce file sizes) Other than the file sizes hopefully quite straightforward for the right person, but please ask if any further questions.
