Sales Video Creation (Fitness Industry)

I have an online personal training/coaching business. All sales are done over the phone. I need a video I can show to cold leads or to people who are interested in my program. The video should include reasons why online training is better than personal training. Perhaps it can include some client testimonials, I'm not sure. I need someone who has experience creating these types of videos that will grab someone's attention, draw them in and get them intrigued about my company and wanting to work with us. The person who takes on this project will need to have great video editing skills and to be creative enough to create the kind of video I described above. You will need to tell me what you will require from me (ex. copy, video of me talking, client pics or video testimonials, etc). to get the job done.
