Ukrainian Video Editors for Feature Film

Добрий день video editors! PLEASE ONLY REPLY if you are based in the Ukraine. If you are not in the Ukraine, I will not be able to consider your application. I am looking for a video editor that can help me with editing my feature film. It is a feature film that was shot 8 years ago on Mini DV with two Panasonic DVX100 pro cameras - A lot of effort went into making this film -- over 100 cast and crew involved in the making of this low budget film. The film will go to international film festivals and you will also get a screen credit and IMDb credit. EDITING INFO: The film will be edited as four short films, and then mixed together into a final edit for the final cut. VIDEO EDITORS I NEED: I am looking for either 1 video editor to do each short film OR 4 video editors to edit each short film. Then another video editor to edit the four stories together. ABOUT THE FILM: The film is a multi character, multi plot film, drama, shot in Australia. There are 4-5 languages spoken in the film. If you have any language skills, let me know. EDITING REQUIREMENT: I will require you to spend a little bit of time looking at some films (or parts of these films) to get an idea about the editing ideas I like. SOFTWARE: You will need to edit on FCPX or Premiere Pro, and if you know After Effects and DaVinci Resolve this is a plus, but not a requirement. TIME CODE: The film is logged very clearly (with notes) to help the editor not waste time and to make it easier. However, I will require that you tell me the timecode for each chosen shot in the final cut. UPCOMING FILM: I will have another feature film needing editing in the next 6-12 months, if we work well here, I will hire you for this and any other projects. PAYMENT INFO: I would like to pay PER PROJECT, not per hour. Please tell me HOW MUCH PER SHORT FILM? (each film will be around 20 min - maybe a little more or a little less) COMMUNICATION: You must speak and understand English or French fluently. We will communicate through Whatsapp, email, Google Drive and Asana (project management site - it is very easy to use) YOUR ADDRESS: I will need to send you the Hard Drive, so you must tell me if this is possible.
