Producer/Head of production for video agency (Remote, full-time)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE: - Self-motivated, quality and goal-driven - Generalist with major 2D/3D video production software - Understanding the process of 2D, 3D, live video production pipeline and experience working as an executor (video editor, motion graphic artist, etc.) - Deep understanding of After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Black Magic Fusion, Blender 3D, or Final Cut Pro - Friendly presence on video calls & good mood; - Creative person; - Have a good eye for design and processes; - Communicative and willing to solve problems - Fluent in English, min level B2; ideally C1, C2 - At least 5 hours available for work per day in the North/Central/South American time zones - Being Tech, Mobile, or Camera/filmmaking enthusiast is a plus - Crypto enthusiast, that knows about Binance or other exchanges, blockchains, Defi and is interested in decentralization is a huuuuge plus RESPONSIBILITIES: - Hand-in-hand collaboration with sales manager on new projects (estimation, attending technical calls, representing the company, explaining to clients the technical aspects of the work, etc.) - Keeping a healthy % of profitability on the projects; - Creating processes and procedures for the production’s pipeline; - Automating production pipeline; - Prepare a clear explanation of the projects for the contractor's estimate; - Estimate projects, provide invoices, and collect contractor's quotes; - Negotiating and resolving issues with clients; - Providing art direction for the projects; - Running daily meetings with project managers; - Attending weekly planning meetings with CEO; - Running problem-solving and business development meetings with CEO and PM; - Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members (2D/3D artists, project managers, etc.) - Improving and finding new technologies to be used in the production’s pipeline; - Building a base of individuals contractors and agencies for future collaboration; - Being a producer/director on a project and ensuring a good final delivery quality for each project; - Being able to fix small problems in production/delivery like video montage, timing, SFX, etc. - Organizing the Google Drive Cloud Space; What we offer: - Full remote position; - Flexible schedule; - Subscription to digital cookies ;) - Hourly salary of 1200-1600 USD per month and weekly payments; - Supportive team & good vibes; - Calm and peaceful career growth at the intersection of creativity and IT.
