I am a professional cook, I studied international kitchen and other branches of the kitchen, I worked for the bests restaurants in Latin America like Central with Virgilio Martinez, and also in Astrid y Gaston with Gaston Acurio. After that I have done internships in two sushi bars, one peruvian restaurant and El Comedor Restaurant with Hector Romero.
