interactive video animation

im looking to create a 60 second animated video thats interactive I will provide the voice over and the script about 10 seconds into the video im looking for 2 boxes to appear and in which i will ask the viewer to drag and drop from a list of words and place them into the appropriate box towards the end of the script id like to have the Opt in box appear NOTES please ask questions if you are unsure of these details this cannot be done in flash.... Perhaps HTML 5 or any software that will play in any browser and all mobile devices
