Animator for YouTube Channel

I'm building another YouTube channel, this time I'm looking for an animator to work with. The video will consist of clips of individuals speaking. But in the beginning we need an introduction that is animated with the 3 characters of the day plus a text introducing the topic of the day. Then a transition template to switch between the speakers. And finally an outro to end the video. Broken down into milestones; this project consist of an animated intro template, animated outro template and an animated transition template. As well as editing each template by changing the characters and text for each new video. I'll take care of putting all the animations together with the original clips. Animated intro 4-7 seconds. Animated outro 3-5 seconds. Animated transitions 4-7 seconds. Edits per video after the templates are completed are minuscule. Changes in the characters (the characters are already premade), and text for the intro and outro and transition.
