I will give this a go, I have five and a half years experience as an audio engineer. The only issue is as it's already mixed down audio I cant increase the volume of the voice over and wind when it occurs at the same time. However I can reduce the wind noise between breaths when the voice over is not talking. I can get this edited and mixed and back to you in the next couple of days. I can send you an example of what it may sound like before a milestone is set to see if you would like to use my services.

Wind noise reduction is hard but I have a good amount of experience doing it. Depends on how bad the audio is but it could be a quick fix!
