Mortgage Company Videos

Our client has a guy that does video spots and has also written treatments for him in the mortgage industry. He has a determined vision and though he want's someone affordable, he also understands that quality comes at a price. He's stuck between using his video person and outsourcing so we're checking out different resources for him. Below is what's needed "Unless your video guys blow him out of the water quality wise, I will probably want to use him for video only, at least for the higher quality ad spots. What we want to do is the following. A. Two different 30 second spots for TV and internet marketing. I have the ideas all mapped out already. I'll run them by you on the call. B. Ongoing 'mortgage minute' videos. These are 60-90 seconds with intro and outro that touch on products, myths, general knowledge for consumers and a call to action at the end. meant for youtube and other social media as well as email nurture campaigns for our very large 70k person list. C. Testimonial video. This is mostly for veterans. We have 4 veterans that we have worked with previously. We want to do interviews with all of them about their experience with me as their loan officer and edit it down to 5 minutes. D. Thank you video: This is a close shot on the entire staff, reading a thank you letter to veterans and edited together like a seamless letter. Want this on the website as well as internet marketing. E. Video podcast. We have a host in mind for this show. It'll give a consumer type perspective. We can take email questions, calls and touch on general subjects. 20 minutes once a week. Would also love to do this on weekend radio if possible.
