Put finishing touches on a 14 minute film made in imovie

I did a movie with my MacBook Air with imovie. It is about 14 minutes long I want to keep it less than 15 min I Need someone to look at it and make the timing right and maybe fix it up to make it look more professional. I do not know the software good enough. The content will not be changed just adjust how things flow such as transitions, timing, not sure what can be done to make it more professional looking but figured it would help to have someone look at it and see what can be done. if you know Imovie it should only be 1 hour of work or less. I will need to send you the product in iMovie not sure how that can be done. I do not want someone to have to REDO the entire imove. I should be able to send you the file so you can upload it and use it. I assume you would have to have imovie to do this.
