3D Render & Animated Housing Estate into Drone Footage

Hi, Could you please provide me with a quote for the below works completed. The below project is for a housing development on a beach called midge point. Currently the land has been cleared but no houses or roads have been put in expect for 1 display home (which is to be used as reference). I have also included a sample images where I have overlay the plan development and housing overlay onto one of the aerial images so you can better understand the placement along with placement of the boardwalk. I have also included a folder of previous example work another contractor has completed however they have misplaced the development and not completed a proper job of tracking the animation in place, however this should give you a good idea of what the the final product should look like. Please see below for the required animation which is required and on which video clip I would like them edited into. I require four different shots with the development area and boardwalk, In all shots we require cars driving around and people walking on the board walk to show that the town is alive. All the footage has been shot at 1080p at 60fps on an dji inspire 1 x3 Camera For the housing development I would like to have all housing to look similar to the designs on in the project folder, various different houses so they don’t all look the same, Roads, light posts, gardens around house with maybe a few tree’s and cars driving in the streets. I also require a board walk animated in which is to go from the housing development site through to the beach which is too have people walking along. Please see project folder for reference. Board walk is not to be straight it should have a couple of bends an angles so it looks realistic.
