Video Editing/Post-Production

We create videos to describe our products and provide content for our customers. We do this in a systematic way.
1) We write a script, including in the script the file name of any images which will be shown at that specific moment within the video, an any bullet-points we want to be highlighted on screen.
2) We record the on-camera spokesperson delivering the script on camera and then cut this into specific clips.
3) We select all the images that will be used in the video.
4) All of the above gets uploaded into a Dropbox folder so the Upwork contractor can do the post-production.
5) In post-production the contractor must incorporate all of the elements according to the script and produce the final cut of the video, including transitions in the same style we have been using.
6) Sometimes we will ask the contractor to create an animation to demonstrate a specific concept. If this person can't do animations also we could do that with someone else.
We are looking for a post-production contractor that is experienced with Adobe software (after-effects, final-cut, etc...) to do this job.

(*the intro and outro have logo animations which we have already - they won't have to be re-created) . Please show us some examples what you have done in the past that demonstrate you can achieve what we are looking to achieve.
Please apply with an hourly rate and the approximate number of hours it should take you to use the video clips and images we give you and make the final cut.
